Trying to find Wilkinson

ChessterGB Report 16 Jul 2007 21:13

My wife's grandmother was Alice Missen (born 1883 in SE London). She married Thomas Wilkinson in 1909 and they had 4 sons Tom, Sid, John and Eric. Her her husband Thomas died in WW1 from Influenza in India in 1918. Alice went on to have a fifth son named Ronald in 1921 (Ronald's father is not known but it could be a Mr Ramus). Ronald was raised as a Wilkinson with his four older half-brothers. Alice had one more son out of wedlock, named Leonard George Nathaniel in 1924 (known as 'Bobby'). Leonard's father was a pedlar from Munton Rd London SE17 called George Bowler. Sadly Leonard (Bobby) died in a road accident in 1933 aged 9. I wanted to trace descendants of either George Bowler or Mr Ramus. Contact Daveatjaundy.fsnet.co.uk if this rings a bell please.
