Reg.Number.. Groom's Surname.. Groom's Given Name(s).. Bride's Last Name.. Bride's Given Name(s).. District 1959/1871 .. WILSON.. JOHN .. PEARMAN... ISABELLA .. CARCOAR
If you buy the certificate it should give you their fathers names which will get you back one more generation (of fathers ) This will help if you ever find a possible birth.
google "Joy Murrin" she can get transcripts cheaper and hopefully in less than 8 weeks, with is the current time lapse at bdm NSW
Do you know when Isabella or John died, because their death certificates should have extra info about their families.

It looks like Julie has the right family as there is a death for an Isabel WILSON, parents George & Jane, in 1929 in Cootamundra (where some of her chn were born/died) (reg 16797)
Looks like Jane PEARMAN died in Carcoar (where Isabella married) in 1868 (reg 3675), dau of Wm H & Elizabeth. George PEARMAN died in Muttama (reg Gundagai 6488) in 1875.
This looks like their marriage in Hampshire:
