Just happened to go on Manchester City Council`s website to search burial records and found that it has changed since the last time I went on, you can now click on a grave number if you find anyone of the name you want and actually see who is in the grave, how many and in what order they were buried. This is now free, but it didnt used to be. Anything further you have to buy credits for but this is a great help and a step forward in establishing if it could be yours before spending any money.

Worth a try if anyone has any rellies from around the Manchester area.

It has probably been like this a while, but I have just realised, spent the whole evening searching burial records.
