Hello Jansmith- Sorry for delay but had a lot of problems with my computer last night and my replies ended up on the community board.

I am sorry I do not know when Ada May Died. When Ada May left my father 1938/40 we were living at 321 Kings Road-Bradford. but moved to 16 Midland Terrace-Manningham-Bradford. The home of my paternal grandparents.
Joseph Thomas and Emily Powell who died March 1949 just a week apart
My father died the following June 1950. I was 14 years old. My mother never returned, I only have one or two flash back memories of her. I need to try to find her so I can bring some sort of closure to my life.

Thank you so much for your help- please keep looking.
Margaret

Margaret do you know when Ada died?

Kay????

Kay???? Report 10 Feb 2011 11:29

Hi Margaret,

Sometimes middle names were given at baptisms and are then used for life but a birth registration will only show one name.

Hello All can you help me further Please

I can't find a birth or a death for Ada May Alderson . Ada could have remarried as Alfred Th0mas died 1950

I cannot find a death certificate for Thomas William Alderson my grandfather Thomas is listed on the 1911 census staying /living at the home of his parents William and Mary Alderson at 3 Bowden Yard-Willington-Durham. Thomas must have died between 1911 and 1918 as his wife Sarah remarried in1818. I have the marriage Certificate and it states that she is a widow.
Still looking for your help
Margaret.
