London Metropolitan Archives holds lots of records. You may have to go there to do look ups though.

I found Greenwich Workhouse records there

Thankyou but it was not the workhouse featured i wanted it was the building that held the records,it was not the national archives or any of the ones you would expect .Regards Carol

The one in the programme was the Bethnal Green workhouse, one of many in London

Hi can anyone tell me the address or location of the building in London that was featured on who do you think you are with Len Goodman as i would like to contact them as my aunt Died in a London Workhouse.Cheers Carol
