cleared the cookies 3 times and still doesn't work.

i don't have the census images saved to my tree, so i have been doing a new search, but it's still covered.

instead of looking at past images,,,,do a new search on the names and see if that shows full display.

That doesn't work :-(

Alison it is probably your browser that is not displaying the new image because it has the old one in its cache. Try clearing your cache and cookies.

Same here BM, when i look up ones that i have not looked up before they are uncovered, it just seems to be all the ones that i looked up ages ago! just wish they would get it sorted :-(

I looked up a relative that I have not previously looked up before and the column was un blocked! It must be an error with images you have previously viewed?

Still blanked out today 23rd Jan!

I have just looked again for the 1911 image that I bought with the 30 credits given by genes reunited, and I can see the image again with the infirmity column unblocked.

I would write again if I were you.

No sorry, will tell them again in a future e - mail. If anyone has anything they would like me to add to a future e - mail, just reply in this thread with the information.

Thanks :-)

Did you tell them (from me) "having just looked again for the 1911 image that I bought with the 30 credits given by genes reunited, I can see the image again with the infirmity column unblocked" and that others have seen the column.
?

Thank you for your email,

I am very sorry for the delay in this matter, I have spoken to our technical department and they have advised me that there has been an unseen delay and that they hope to have the full details of the 1911 census added to this site in the next week or so.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this causes, and we thank you for your continued patience.

Kind Regards,

Genes Reunited Support Team,

So that's the latest news, should be up in a week or so.

Thanks for all the replies, I will e - mail GR now and tell you all what they say when they reply. I hate to keep going on at them but this is not what I pay each year for.

It is joy, i will give it till the end of the week, as they say they are going to do a release and refresh the images this week, and if still covered i will email them.

That is very frustrating for you, Alison. Especially as, having just looked again for the 1911 image that I bought with the 30 credits given by genes reunited, I can see the image again with the infirmity column unblocked - perhaps you would like to tell them that?

Thanks for the reply's....i have deleted cookies 3 times now, following the step by step instructions, and the colum is still covered up!! i will just have to wait until GR do this release thing mentioned above and they refresh the images :-(

Whether or not cookies are deleted etc, there is inconsistency in advice being given which can be confusing.
