Kathy

Make up your own mind about which option to use....don't let anyone else dictate to you............at least until such time as GR do so by leaving us with only the new version

And make your own judgement about which is better

Thank you so much Flick and KenSE - i must learn to move on but it takes time for some of us seniors to adjust to new (and often much better) ways of doing something.

Nice day!!

kathy :-))

Thanks for the link KenSE.

I'm not keen on th new tree but if they are going to remove the old one at some point it makes sense to get used to the new one. I have been struggling with it.

No don't waste your time with the old tree. The new tree is so superior when you get used to using it.

Do read Phil Moir's advice in Announcements:

Use the old tree layout.......it's an option on the dropdown when you click on 'Family tree'

Sorry, i don't understand new tree arangement. If i want to look at another tree on my "consent list" how do i know at a glance where the individuals were born.
Does one have to click on this & that & play with arrows going up/down & sideways.
I don't understand why change it from what was, am i just moaning?!!
