I came across this................DPRI/1/1813/P15 17 February 1813
Richard PROCTER, the elder, farmer, of Saltholme in the parish of Billingham in the county of Durham [Billingham, County Durham]

I wish to know where, if anywhere I can read the actual record..kind regards...
