If either of the couple had a later marriage after 1837 you might get the father's name that way.

Banns of marriage will sometimes show the parish where the man or woman are resident. This may or may not be the place of birth.

Lord Rose's Act was passed in July 1812 and came into effect 31/12/1812.
It specified the use of pre-printed baptismal, marriage and burial registers.
Before that, the info recorded seems to be pretty much up to each individual vicar, although a (very) few did use similar pre-printed registers.
My guess is there won't be any extra info in the original 1811 record beyond the groom/bride names and date, except maybe the parish they were from.

I do have Rowley disc 1539 - 1812 but it's skimpy with info

dont know if these are also connected to your family or not.

I have found a marriage for James Jackson and Jane Williams It just gives names and date 25th Feb 1811 Rowley Regis W ,John Willies and I wondered if I went to Archives if they may have more info ie:- ages, parents name anything that may help
