I have been alerted recently by a friend about this Free Newspapers & had a look at the site.

There is going to be digitised Kent Newspapers Free to view
They are looking for Volunteers across Kent for their project.

I'm in Aust. & find researching trying at times & i would love to be involved in this project..............so hope they find enough people to take part...will benefit all with Family from Kent. :-)
