You could try emailing the library and asking if they would do a look-up for you. They are usually quite helpful (although they may make a charge). The email address is:-

You cant do that online I., afraid . Electoral Rolls are held at the main Library for the area .

Would anyone be kind enough to do a search on the electoral role for an address of 212 Borough Road Middlesbrough so we can trace who also lived at this address. many thanks,Diane
