Does she know the names of her parents?

Without those, she can't hope to find info about grandparents

Is she British?

If so, overseas births of British subjects are on Find my Past.........and the certs can be ordered via the GRO .

I am trying to help my friend find her grandparents, she was born in India in 1953 so i wonder if there is a webb site we can go on which is reliable, she has some info but not much, we will be greatful for any help you could give us. :-)
