49 people on GR have Jesus Christ on their family tree.

According to the death records Jesus Christ died in Rotherham in 2004 (having been born on the 9th of December 1940).

There are 9 entries in the electoral registers for Jesus Christ.

:-) :-) :-)

Just found it - well, what can I say!
My hubby reckons his ancestors were linked to the Merovingians (sp?), Mary Magdalene, all that holy grail stuff. Therefore he must obviously be descended from JC!
:-D

It also appears that 2 people with trees on GR are related to Father Christmas ;-)

In Africa it is a common name within Christian communities. All Christian names have a Muslim equivalent - Isa. Isa is more common worldwide.

You live and you learn.

I never knew that Freddie Kruger was a common name within the Christian communities in Africa. ;-)

Has that got anything to do with the Krugerrand?

Some things beggar belief!

There are even those who have Father Christmas - Santa Clause and, Rudolph Reindeer in their trees.

The mind boggles... :-S :-S

Persephone

And in years to come they will be even weirder..

Remember Cyns when I was telling Janey about the stupid names people give their children here in NZ.

New Zealand children have been given names such as Number 16 Bus Shelter, Violence and Benson and Hedges(twins).

But other names, including Fish and Chips, Yeah Detroit, Stallion, Twisty Poi, Keenan Got Lucy and Sex Fruit, have been blocked by registration officials.

We found all this out when a Judge ordered a girl be put in court guardianship so her name - Talula Does The Hula From Hawaii - could be changed.

and you think you're confused Cynthia... :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S :-) :-) :-) :-0

It doesn't take much to confuse me Persie..... :-D :-D
