Believe wife's uncle Bernard McGrath joined up but appears limited records of names available as Govt not supportive.

Thank you for your responses and links. Have tried them in the past and will try again. It is always worth another look as past experience tracking family tree has shown. iit is easy to miss things first time round if looking too closely.

Did Bernard survive the Civil War or was he killed in Spain?
