For interested browsers – I’d was typing it out while Maureen was discovering that her link didn’t work.

The article itself doesn’t have an illustration – that refers to a photo at the top of the column and is unrelated.

COLLIDED WITH BLIND MAN
……….

NOTTINGHAM WOMAN’S FRACTURED LEG

Singular circumstances are associated with the
death of Eliza Selby, 76, 11 Cheltenham-street,
Basford, the widow of Timothy Selby, lacemaker.
On March 3rd Mrs Selby left home to go for a
short walk. While she was standing on the edge
of the pavement a blind man was feeling his
way along the kerb with a stick collided with her.
Not being very firm on her feet, she overbalanced
and fell to the ground.
Later she was found to be suffering from a
fracture of the left leg. Chronic nephritis and
hypostatic pneumonia followed, and she died in
Bagthorpe Hospital, where an inquest will be held
This evening.

If it weren't for spell-checker, you'd have been waiting until at least the autumn :-D

No problem Lorraine - a transcript is far less satisfying than the image :-)

Maureen - have you made that image "shared with everyone"?

It should look like this

Hi MC :-),

I was hoping you'd come to my rescue! (Especially since it was "your idea" in the first place.) ;-)

I THINK I've finally managed to turn the privacy lock off:

Would you (or someone else) have a look?

I'll work on the image size next time (if there is a next time).

Yes Mo, it's visible now!

If you're using the snip tool to capture the article then enlarge the item as much as possible before snipping.
