Dealing with intestacy was often difficult but now it will be incredably complicated.
One of the new things is that if you are no longer a legal member of the family ( eg adopted out) you can now make a claim on a birth parent's estate.

In the end it will mean more money for the lawyers. Either as will writers or sorting out the arguments.
