I was wondering if anyone could help me in my search. Im trying to find out if The above mentioned gentleman (b)1907 in Newcastle upon Tyne (d)1942 at sea on the HMS Hecula was ever married

There's no marriage showing up on www.freebmd.org.uk,

There is a marriage for an Alexander W Summerbell in 1921 but if you have the right year of birth he would be too young.

This site doesn't give any name of next of kin.
