15 March 2016 is just the date used in the example, Gins - yours will end on whatever date you've paid to.

Ah

Thanks MC. I see that if I cancel now, I 'can enjoy' my membership until March 15th 2016

They do not cancel your subscription immediately.

When you cancel you still have access until the end of the period that you've paid for.

From their help pages:

Why wouldn't you wait until closer to the expiration date before canceling?

I would go onto My Account, and blank out your credit card details.

Try top right of page under your account/board name just to the left of Help.

Click on that and then on My Account.

When that page opens - on the right under Subscription options there is the choice of Cancel Subscription.

Try that - I should imagine that as it says cancel subscription it will do it from next due date (they aren't going to refund are they!!)

I've logged onto my account and cannot see where to stop the sub?

Any help please

Edit: I've paid for the year, until Feb 2016 and don't want to lose that
