Mary - May be her children if she had any, or her widower have her passwords? Check with them first. Some people like to leave the trees as a memorial to their deceased loved ones. If you're sure no one has access to manage it, contact support and ask them to cancel the account(s) .

Hi,
I've just come back on the site after a few years
When i was looking at my tree I saw some matches for my sister and found at least 3 of the trees her name was on name the owner as being her! (she wasn't very good on the computer )'
She died last year.
What do I do about removing hr tree which, as far as I know, no one has access to
Thanks
Mary
