There's this one, although there was discussion a while back that it wasn't 'free' any more.

It does say 'Search for free to street level' but doesn't display the results.

If you've got a general idea of the area, you could get some info on a free search on 192.com, then check if they have a listing on the BT online phone book. Use the post code and search with that and the surname again, on 192.com

As ER entries to 2014 are included in FMP and Platinum GR subs, if you have a genuine reason for wanting the address, you could always ask on the boards.
