Thank you lots for all helpful advice.
I'm not aware that I deleted my tree.
I will contact support as you suggest.

Pam sent some family names by PM. None of them is in a tree with her name

She must have deleted her tree, or if not, the tree was in a different name

The only thing she can do now is contact support and see what they come up with

PM reply from Pam:

Many thanks ArgyllGran for your reply.

I've tried logging on with my original email and password. My password was not accepted so I opted to change it. Still no sign of my tree or any of my contacts.

I have now tried a search of my maiden name and dob in other trees. Maybe that will at least show up some of my contacts.

Thanks again for your help.

Have PM'd Pam.
As she didn't return to her other thread, maybe she doesn't realise that she has to come back for replies.

If you sign in with your original user name and password, you should be able to access your tree.

As far as I'm aware, GR never deletes a tree, so it should still be there
Only the tree owner (or someone who knows their log-in details) can delete it.

Did you rejoin using your previous membership number?

Your profile shows you as having joined this month

If you'd care to give a couple names with years and places of birth, I'll check if Ican see them - if that would help

I have been a member of GRU for many years but I have been inactive over the last few. I cannot now access my original tree which was extensive. Is this deleted after so long?
