I would really appreciate any help I can get with this.

Lilian May Hill married Albert Victor Loomes on 15th April 1929 at Leicester Register Office. She named her father as George William Hill, Iron Moulder's Labourer. Witnesses were George Loomes and B Randle.

There are 12 trees on Ancestry who had Lilian in their tree and many had her parent listed as Albert Henry Hill and Kate Bee.
According to the 1939 Register Lilian May Loomes as she was then gave her date of birth as 29th August 1901. The birth registration for a Hill/Bee baby was March Q 1902 so I didn't think Bee was the correct MMN. None of the trees had proof of Lilian's birth so I sent of for her marriage certificate.

There is a marriage for a George William Hill to Christiana Smith in Sept Q 1894 Leicester but in the 1911 Census they do not have a daughter Lilian with them.

Thank you so much greyghost. The trees on Ancestry all have Lilian as being born in Leicester, that'll teach me to think more outside the box next time. She was living in Leicester when she married Albert.
I need to get her birth certificate now. I don't know if she is part of my family , I'm trying to find the connection between myself and a DNA match in an attempt to break down a brick wall.
I will update this post when I get the birth certificate.

Thanks for replying ErikaH. As no one had a confirmed source of her birth but had named 'her' parents that's why I decided to order her marriage certificate.
My maternal gt grandma and her mum were both illegitimate. I'm building out trees for some of my dna matches hoping to identify the unknown dad's. Although I have the surname Hill in my tree I knew that I couldn't take it for granted that that was where the connection was. My Hill's are from Ticknall Derbyshire so once I get the birth certificate, if the date of birth is the same as Lilian's is in the1939 Register I will research her parents. It'll be nice to find out where the DNA match fits in my tree but I'll be disappointed that it won't break my brick wall down.

Just received the birth certificate from the GRO. You found the right one greyghost. The date of birth was spot on. Lilian May Hill who married Abert Victor Loomes was the daughter of George William Hill and Eliza Ann Hunt.
