A few weeks ago I sent off for a copy of a certificate. I heard nothing so contacted them. They have emailed back to say they have received my request on 28th January!!!!! and due to a back log, my request will be dealt with in 8 - 10 weeks!!!! SO just be prepared for a long wait if you send for something. Jacky |
