Hi I am so excited after a year searching for a marriage I have finaly found it in India. (No I didnt have to travel there myself) I first found the gro number and ordered from southport but they had no records and advised me to get in touch with the british library which I did, and this morning I had a lovely email with all the details he copied from the microfiche. So I have ordered a copy of the original the only problem I have now is I have the fathers name who was deceased. But Charles Day the man who married on the 1881 and 1901 census says he was born Westminster 1843 but on his marriage it has 1845 now there are a lot of Charles Days from London with a father called William so how do I know which one is the right one. On the Indian certificate it dosnt state where born so now I am stuck once again. Has anyone any ideas as to what to do now. Thankyou very much. Debbie
