Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 887 Send Message	I have heard a little about this from various sources, but fail to understand what these proposals would mean for genealogists. Whilst I have had a quick look at the 300+ pages of the proposal online, I cannot quite get to grips with how this might affect us. Can anyone give me a brief overviews of the key points?
