Maybe if you took her to the vet tomorrow he could do something if she is only just pregnant?
He could also probably tell you if she is or isn't anyway and advise you on how to build her up, poor little thing. So glad she found you, I was adopted by a cat around 6 months old, in 1982 when I was quite pregnant myself, and already had two cats. Couldn't find her owner altho she was well fed and looked after so kept her and she was a gem, such a beautiful cat altho always small. Had to have her put to sleep early in 1998, my last cat to go and then on May 26th that year I lost my lovely dog, Daisy, so no more pets.
When I get back to my house, will probably get a couple of cats again, I have missed them all so much.

For the past week my hubby and I saw a stray cat hiding under a car..scrawny litttle thing..a bit wary of us initially..each evening we gave her food and water..she was hiding under cars and that was her shelter..as time gone on..got used to us..anyway..rang shelters..all full..so to cut a long story short..she is now lying on our sofa sleeping for England!..She has made herself at home. We have named her "Geordie"..as she is black and white..(Newcastle strip!)..We have a suspiscion she may have "caught"..anyone know any early signs of pregnancy in cats...?..ta.x
