If you think it is your thyroid gland you really should go get it checked out.
But congratulations for succeeding in gaining the weight.

Years back I had an over active thyroid gland, and think the blitter has kick in again, re the weight loss

From someone who has been thin forever, well done.
I know how hard it is too put on weight. My daughter
and son are the same and they also feel very self conscious. When you say you can't wear a bikini because you feel too thin, it get's the reaction from others that makes you feel a bitch!

I too have a lot more than 4lb going spare!!

Seriously though, good for you Kim. I work with people who are very slim (grrr) and they often get annoyed about people telling them how thin they are. As they say you wouldn't tell someone how fat they are!!

Excellent news, well done - you can do it I am sure.
