possibly? "GHDs" , IS the word that is objected to, try calling them what they are........

GHD's are sold on ebay cause I'm looking for some :-)

Could you perhaps look at other items & see how your is different? Perhaps use someone elses wording?

i have not quoted any serial numbers just stated pink GHDs because that is what they are
i have put on a picture of them

Are you quoting any serial numbers?

They may think they are counterfeit..... either that or they don't allow the brand to be named on eBay!!

i am trying to sell some pink GHDS i bought them but never used them so hence the sale.
my first attempt to sell them was going great got bids on them.
i did at first say they was new but unwanted item,guess what got taken of due to me violating rights of the item!
i then relisted and changed my wording to being "unused" still in box unwanted gift reason for sale.
again been taken of.i do not know what i am doing wrong
the report came from a company [email protected]
i have sent them a email as to why and in what way am i violating rights!
i thought that once i buy item i am free to sell because they are mine
any advice greatly appreciated.
