Hadn't seen the girls since February when I was 999'd with the embolism. It was lovely to be able to talk to them without being horizontal and attached to machines...lol

To Cardiff to see the girls.

Rearranged legs as advised every 30 minutes or so. Was stiff as a board by the time we got there but stayed overnight with Melissa so managed to recover before the return journey. OH took his tools to do his list of jobs around the house!

Caroline looked really well :-)))

She is still taking part in the new local MS research so find out what it is that affects her relapses (she has fewer than most). Lifestyle, diet exercise etc., She really hopes that all these tests provide something positive in the research that may help others.
