Its not that I mind making bread,and this lot turned out well, but Sunday is a busy day as we clean fishtanks, and I water my 50 odd pot plants, standing the orchids in the sink for 10 minutes. I was whacked by tea-time! But we had fresh bread for tea! Jean

I'm in the doghouse with your OH Jean lol.

Spent all afternoon at the beach and totally forgot about making a loaf ready for OH's lunchbox tomorrow.

Had to run round to Mum's and nick a few slices lol xx

I was getting dressed this morning when OH came into the room looking sheepish. We only have enough bread for tea and none for breakfast, he said. I thought and wondered what had happened to the half loaf I had taken out of the freezer the night before. I put it in the bin thinking it was stale bread ,he said! What an idiot, I had to turn round and make a batch this morning when I wasnt planning to Jean
