Virus Warning!

It may be a false possitive. TSRs (stands for Terminate and Stay Resident) are very often innocuous things like drivers. However, they can sometimes be a virus.

Jenny, NOD32 is the virus software Jax is using.
Many virus programmes use what are called heuristics to detect nasties. Heuristics are general terms or rules that are used rather than look for a specific virus by name.
For example, a doctor may diagnose measles by looking at the patient and recognising that it is measles (by actual definition).
On the other hand he may merely say you have a virus because you are displaying typical virus symptoms (heuristics).

Sue - I was always the one who crashed my computer at work and when they explained what had happened the brain just switched off. They could have been talking Japanese for all I know

Impossible to say any more without any further information.
It's probably picked up on it using heuristics (a method used by anti-virus programmes to detect a virus in general terms rather than through its signature)
