Wonderful stuff! I always nick the free samples that my OH gets sent and the osteopath used it on me as well when I sprained a joint in my back. Recommend it. Oh and it's nicer to use than a tea towel full of ice cubes. |

Physio recommended I use this on my knee (which has been damaged due to gait after hip op). |
