OMG Julie, that took me back to my teens, er, a few years ago lol (oh alright then, nearly 40 years ago).
I didn't know she had had a bad attack, and it's frightening for the onlooker as well as the sufferer. My Mum used to suggest I have a steaming hot drink to open my airways. Now, whether or not it was psychological I don't know, but it worked!
(((Gentle HUG))) for your "little girl". :-))

Wish your daughter well.

Makes me so thankful that my daughter has never got to that stage with her asthma.

My son had asthma until he was 14, when he seemed to grow out of it, at least didnt have such bad attacks. It can make you feel so helpless watching them struggle to get the next breath. May she get all the help she needs and you can relax, God Bless. Jean
