On the site that TeresaW gave you there is a contact box. Suggest you email them. Hubby (ex RAF) seems to think that their squad no. is that of the base they are stationed on.

The formal name of the Red Arrows is The Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team (RAFAT), can't see a squadron number on their site...
