Man charged with murder 14 years later--

and tried to do a runner in the court. He committed a murder in the Scottish island of Orkney when he was 15 , got away with it , joined the army and now got caught. He tried to escape in the court when charged . Father who was in the police was charged a few years ago with perverting course of justice. How did it take so long to catch the man who did it ? It was racially motivated. |
