I think we may go to a resort which is central to everything, places you can look at. Or hire a car and drive to a few places.

I know that feeling Budget doesnt stretch that far! UK to catch up with Relatives we have never met ideal but not realistic

Our interest. A holiday anywhere as long as its a holiday. I would love to back to England but that will probably take a mortgage at the moment.

If your not a skiing type of person what else is there to do in the South Island. We were thinking of a hol around xmas. Perhaps look at the LOTR sites.
