Hi All
I used to have a tape of Freddie Starr Singing .It was taped from an LP possibly from the late 70s early 80s.On it were certain tracks like :
Missing you
Its you
If
Ginny come lately
Most Beautiful girl in the World
From me to you
My Son
Plus others .well the tape has finally worn out .Only problem is i have no idea what the LP was called or if i could get it now .
Are there any Freddie Starr fans who know .I have his other 2
CDs but would love to get this old one .
Am i Sad or just getting old.

I have After the Laughter and The Wanderer but it could be From me to you as thats one of the tracks .
My Husband taped it from an LP in the early 80s but it was made before that .Also on it was
I've got everything a man could ever need
If there' anything that you want .
I want you with me
Some of them as Missing you and i want you with me i have never heard before or anywhere else .
Its you was recorded by Freddie in 1974 but i cannot find anymore about what the LP was .
Ah well have to change my taste in music might try Spinal Tapp lol Mags

Just to say i have found the freddie starr LP
Its called From Me To You.
Only thing now is to see if i can get it .I have seen it
for sale but need to see if i can get it transfered from L P to CD or Tape .

Hi Margaret just ask my hubby you can put it on cd as he does,over here you can take to shop and they do it for,but if you have stero with pick up you can do it yourself,hubby said if we lived nearer he would have done it for you ,but were in holland hope you get it done,i have him on dvd as im from the same place as him,good luck

Got a question for you !. Im looking for a film made 1982 staring Don Johnson and Glynis Oconnor.
Its called Melanie and a singer called Burton Cummings stars in it and sings in it .Its a brilliant film and i spent hours watching it and really want to purchase it .Found it on Amazon but its expensive .
Any suggestions if you go on U tube and put in Burton Cummings there are a few songs and clips of film .Its a real girlie film .

when I was down south he came to stay at the hotel I worked at, landed his helicopter on the front lawn and later was running up and down the kitchen corridor as his horse had won at some big race.

Thank you its such a lovely film when my kids
used to go to get a video from the plce which also served as a Taxi office they always knew to get Melanie .How sad am i 25 years later and i want to see it again.Won't tell you what the kids are saying Lol.
