Joyce I have just seen this, managed to go out for a drive yesterday and didn't put pooter back on when we got home. I hope the pain is easier this morning and you managed to sleep. Try and rest up today, give it a chance to heal.
Tried to pm you a few times yesterday but GR was having none of it.

i hope so i would,nt mind but its my bad leg my feet are swollen and my knee hurts,its got to be the age im sure,anyway Ladys thank you im going to rest it now

*cancels flight*.......well find a big squashy cushion or a pillow to rest on...........that should help.

thank you Kitty but we dont have bath there all showers here,but ive found some cream so will put that on,i take quite afew pain killers so mybe it will help,hope so cant sit on my bottom prople

That sounds painful dutch.......Kitty and her ibuprofen sounds the best answer to this one.....

Have a hot bath and take some ibuprofen to get the inflammation down a bit Joyce...........then get a trainer to help your dog walk nicely on the lead:))

was taking the dog for awalk or should i say he was taking me for walk and ive pulled the musle in the top of back of my leg just were you sit down,blummin painful,so wont be sitting behind pc for abit
