Joyce, you take care, hon, and try hard to take the medication at the right times, we don't want you poorly for your birthday and anniversary party.

i've a friend who has one of those little pill-dispensers and she swears by it, cos she takes quite a few tablets each day. Might be worth the investment, and then placing a note of the cupboard door to remind you to take tablets from the pill dispenser?

Jac (who has forgotten two day running to take her own medication, just because my routine was out of sync)

You shouldn't double up on medication if you miss a dose Joyce.................it can be dangerous.

It probably won't hurt to miss a tablet every now and then for diabetes...............but be careful what you eat.

You can get those boxes with little compartments which are marked up when each tablet is for. That might help as you'd see that a compartment still had one in when it shouldn't.
