i have one of them boxes were you put pills in for different times,but just forgot will have to be more careful,Kitty i didnt double up just took the 10 i should have took in the morning and the 2 i take at 5.30 and the other 4 just before i go to bed,so should be ok but thank you Kitty for pointing it out to me |

i've a friend who has one of those little pill-dispensers and she swears by it, cos she takes quite a few tablets each day. Might be worth the investment, and then placing a note of the cupboard door to remind you to take tablets from the pill dispenser? |

You shouldn't double up on medication if you miss a dose Joyce.................it can be dangerous. |

You can get those boxes with little compartments which are marked up when each tablet is for. That might help as you'd see that a compartment still had one in when it shouldn't. |

why i was feeling abit sick just gone to take my tablets and had,nt taken any this morning so had to take 10 in one go,as i have to take 4 tonight,jan said i should put alarm on my mobile to remind,as some tablets are for diabetic,i think i forgot as ive got alot going round in my head at the moment and not sleeping very well |
