Just my thoughts but i think % wage rises are unfair, someone earning £200 a week gets 10% rise so £220, someone on £2000 a week gets 10% so gets £200 rise, unfair or not, we need a different way of appointing wage increases, but what?
perhaps i'm being stupid,
