Anyone live at or near to RAF Waddington?

The Vulcan didn't fly today. I went especially to see it. Yesterday I saw it from my house in the distance. There was a problem today which they worked on but
could not fly it. It was a wet day but great displays.
Red arrows superb as always. Spanish display team great. We queued two hours to walk through an AWAC
but it was a great experience

LOL Mac, I've just been looking on Youtube at the clips that peeps have put up already. The Vulcan did a flypast with the Lancaster from the BBMF.

Oh dear Linda, I bet there are a few wet feet around tonight then. What did you think to the Vulcan then? We are going to Fairford next weekend and can't wait to see it flying there.

hi helen its been raining here nearly all day but the sun came out in time for the air show from our bungalow we could see quite a few planes going over we saw the valcan bomber while having a cream tea with friends and the red arrows there were lots of planes flying

Silly me......just googled Waddington show and it's an air show..........the pictures on the website look sunny though.

Do you mean Waddington near Clitheroe Lancashire ?
If so; it will have been washed out - pee'd down all day in fits and starts
