I have been married twice, both nice men, and had a few relationships along the way,
Yesterday a friend rang to say her boyfriend was taking her to Paris for her birthday. why has something nice like this ever happened to me, when I ask my late husband this question, he said 'only someone that has something to hide' do things like that.
has anyone on here had their other half do something Romantic for them?

It depends WY..my OH is tight with money he calls it careful...now he would moan about the cost...however the same man has left me to sleep in this morning and done the ironing...the same man got up for work at 4.30 am the other morning and saw I had no cigs left so made sure there was some when I got up for work....no he doesnt just buy me flowers out of the blue but he is very thoughtful in other ways...and you know I wouldnt swap for all the money in the world. x

But he does some horrid things to ......Last summer he left me ....then came back ...

I give up ..just take the good with the bad ..and enjoy

you may see that my mail says my late husband, and I can sincerly say that I did do all I could to make him happy, and maybe if I was lucky enough to meet someone nice, this time I would do something really over the top, who knows?
