Hi all,

i have just got back from supporting my boyfriend at the british 10k run in london, which he completed in memory of a dear friend for diabetes uk.

he has raised about £400 in total and i just had to put on a quick note to say i am soooo proud of him!

oh it really is! and the best of it- he hated running up until now. he's spent ages in the gym over the past month so i really am happy for him. it was brilliant to watch and know that there were so many people running for charity. makes you feel good about the world! :D

boyfriend is chris by the way. :)
