I am completely shattered, I just spent all day from 9am to 5pm helping my sister to move house, at least 7 hours of shifting boxes, loading cars and walking up and downstairs.
If I haven't lost weight this week I give up.

I hope you have lost a few pounds if you want to, but don't forget muscle is heavier than fat if you haven't it's because of all your shifting & carrying.

Either way it sounds like you would have been a big help to your sister.

I put in 4 hours of moving boxes into my calories worky out thingy and it reckons... 2,688 calories woohoo

I reckon my sister stuck rocks in those darn boxes..

I worked that out too mad mum, but decided I would underestimate the calories used, that's over a 1lb of weight I should have lost today.

hmmmm do I sense a job change coming, only if I wanna be dead by the end of a week. xx
