I like them when the heat (I know hahahaha) of the day has died down and you can sit in the garden cooling off after a day of work.

Gosh,

How I wish that I could do that. It is too hot and humid and mosquito's buzzing around your head before going in for the kill..

lol...ladies,

My life is not a bed of roses and as I have said before if I get four hours sleep a night I am lucky and normally fall asleep when I am exhausted.

The older I get the more the heat bothers me..Just sitting here chatting has the sweat pouring off of me...I have to have the lamp on which I hate as it projects a lot of heat.

Lindy,
My mum lives in the Algarve too, has done for over 12 years, and she's finding the heat harder to bear. Hopefully they'll get the habitation on their house sorted this year (long story - blame her OH) and she can come back.
She wants to settle in Somerset/Devon.

Ann, Julie, Maggie,

It's a mixture of old age creeping up and hormones..

We have our house on the market and I have told the OH that in the new house wherever that is, I want airconditioning in my bedroom and he can sleep with the dogs, outhouse or bladdy porch as the big lug gets allergies from airconditioning but I am passed caring so he can sleep elsewhere..

Nite nite girls off to bed to toss and turn in the heat..
