I know they have been forecast for today and tonight,

but i have had a bad head all day - a right pressure headache that's getting worse

and now - i am starting to feel sick - classic signs !!



It's been so muggy here today that the air con in my office has hardly switched off all day - which means the room has not reached the temp it's set to *eek*

rained here this morning and just done it again, my dogs stick head out door feel the rain and unless they are bursting come back in

Raining really heavy here now, third time today. My garden is nearly flooded. And yes, I've got headache too!

We have had a little rain here but omg how hot and humid has it been today, we went down to Dymchurch and there is usually a breeze off the sea but today nothing, was glad to get in the car and put the air con on.

We haven't got air con in our office. It was only built 4 years ago, but the powers that be decided that air con would not be needed.....except in the board room.

It's been awful, with the heat, the humidity which has turned my hair frizzy in spite of GHD's, and the hot flushes....PHEW!!!

It has rained here but it is still heavy and muggy.
I've got the headache and feel sick as well Anita.
Hope I don't get a migraine!

We had a bit of rain here today - but not much to write home about.
It is sooo muggy now - nomatter how much I wear (or don't) the sweat is running off me!!
