Aww Amanda - I know eating grass is good for hairballs - but FGS how big were your cats hairballs!!!!!
Or maybe he wanted you to decorate him with them!!!

My youngest cat is always bringing in frogs......I have found them in various places downstairs.....one was hopping about in the living room a few days ago.

A cat I had years ago used to bring in the plumes off the neighbours pampas grass........lol

George's sister Betty attacks hair ties!! Daughter bought a bag home once - Betty opened it and they're now all over the garden! She also brings in moths - alive.

I think his best trophy was the rat he brought in on Christmas day!! As we were all having a lie in, he decided to bring it into our bedrooms to show us!

At least he kills them quickly - a previous cat used to bring live mice in and let them go!! Once they had the smell of the house he wouldn't touch them!
Probably something to do with children having pet hamsters, rats & guinea pigs roaming free that he wasn't allowed to harm.

Angela - he brings all 'kill' on to the beige stair carpet - it's the only carpet in the house.

Stray - give him time LOL

Ann I found out I had frogs in the garden when Betty brought one in - fortunately still alive.

Jean - maybe there was a bird on it ........once!! LOL

aaaawh - how dinky!!!!!

She is only small....just alittle bigger than a kitten and she is 9....she have spiders and bluebottles but thats it.....she stalks birds then they chase her....lol

I went in our living room this morning, and could see lots of dark green stuff on the brown rug, called my o.h and said what the hell is that, it wasnt until we opened curtains we saw it was a branch covered in leaves from some-ones shrub. wonder what on earth they thought they had caught, lol.

Oh, also.....once found a mouse in the powder dispenser of the washing machine & a frog in the cat's milk bowl - both alive :-)))

Awwww he has brought you a pressie ...The best kill my little Sasca has ever managed after she wrestled it in the garden for hours....and then manage to drag it to the door...............a little piece of carpet...lol

well my little darling has massacred another baby rat this afternoon!! In the past month he's had three baby rats, one of which I managed to save, three field mice, one saved again, one bird feathered and demolished, one dead frog, one frog I saved and one frog so small is could have sat on a 20p piece - saved that one too!! He's going to end up on Crimewatch!!!

oh im dreading the day stray brings home "somthing" ill probly puke and run for mam to come get it off her

I remember, quite a few years ago, arriving home to the bloody remains of a blackbird on our (beige) hall carpet. Cat nowhere to be seen!

Just heard plaintive cries of 'mum', 'mum' from my daughter downstairs. Opened the bedroom door, looked down the stairs to see George (rather skinny cat) on the stairs plucking the most enormous pigeon - it's almost as big as he is!! How he got it through the cat flap is beyond me!!
Managed to get him outside. He is now in the front garden surrounded by feathers!!! I have tried ignoring his growls and taking it off him, but he's got a blooming strong hold! Not bad for a pud who had his jaw broken 14 months ago.
I don't like him killing birds, but at least he kills them quick - this one (like all the other 'kill' he gets) had a broken neck.


Guess who's going to have to clear it all up tonight :o(
