An English obituary index from rootsweb has been brought to my attention... don't know if anyone knows about it but it has recent obits on it, people may save some credits by using this. It is categorised by surname and has some 2007 there as well, thought it might be useful particularly to those who don't use ancestry or find my past.
I presume all names have been collected from local papers but not sure, The following is the link
