Went to Blenheim Palace today.Its only been open to the public for a year.Its well worth a visit and very interesting.I got caught up with all Winston Churchills letters back home to his father.The other wing was called the untold storey and just as interesting. Annie

We paid £16.50 a person and that was for the gardens as well.Its set in 2000 acres with a lake and a cassade. Annie

Cooo Annie - that's a bit pricey! I go to Oxford a lot but usually roam around the centre, may go to Blenheim for a treat next year.

We visited there a few years back. I think it is one of my favourite stately homes and the Winston Churchill exhibition is fascinating. Wonderful grounds and gardens - well worth a visit.
