yes there is a stillborn register, siblins can only get cert after the death of thier parents , you need to go to http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/stillbirths/ |

Only a live birth requires a birth certificate. |

I don't think they would but am sure there's a stillborn register. Perhaps someone else knows of it. |
